Proof of Vaccination required starting October 25
Starting October 25, per King County’s vaccination mandate, we’ll ask you to present proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test in order to grant you access to the gym.
This mandate applies to all persons who are 12 years old and older. Accepted documents are:
- your COVID-19 vaccination record card
- a photo/digital record of your COVID-19 vaccination record card
- the result of a negative PCR COVID-19 test, taken within 72 hours
Masks are still required in the gym at all times.
When you show us your proof of vaccination, we can mark you as verified in our system, at your request. Once you are verified in our system, you won’t have to show us the proof of vaccination again when you check in, for as long as the current requirements stay in place.
Your planning is a courtesy to all.
